Petition against rent rises - a reminder
This is to remind you that the Federation of Barnet Allotment and Horticultural Societies has set up an online petition protesting about the proposed rent increases. There is a good chance that the increases will not come about if enough people make their opposition felt.
If you have not already added your name to the petition, please do so now.
You can get to it via the Federation website http://www.barnetallotments.org.uk/
or you can go direct to it at http://www.gopetition.com/petition/42281.html .
Please sign it, and ask your friends, relatives and neighbours to sign it too.
Thanks!

Petition against rent rises - a further reminder
Following the previous messages, very many of you have signed the online petition protesting about the proposed rent increases. We have not looked in detail at the list of signatories, but it would appear that some of you have not yet signed, though possibly you have done so anonymously.
If you have not already added your name to the petition, please do so now and ask your friends, relatives and neighbours to sign it too.
You can get to it via the Federation website http://www.barnetallotments.org.uk/
or you can go direct to it at http://www.gopetition.com/petition/42281.html .
Since we have the email addresses of only about 40% of plotholders, there is also a paper petition which can be signed in the shop next Sunday between 11 and 1, and a further copy in the unlocked notice board by the shop door. If you bump into any fellow allotmenteers in the next week, could you tell them about this.
Thanks!
