Rents

Allotment rents are due for renewal on 1st April each year and must be paid in full by 30th April.

Allotment Prices & Information for the rent year 2007-2008

From 1st April 2007 until March 31st 2008
Rent is £5.28p per pole per year for Barnet residents.
Rent is £10.55p per pole per year for residents from outside Barnet.

There is a 50% reduction in the rent for all plot-holders aged 60 years and over for the first 10 poles only

In addition to rents, water rates are charged at £0.87 per pole rented from 1st April 2007 until March the 31st 2008.
